Returns & Exchanges

Refunds

Koshaa Design does not provide refunds under any circumstances. All purchases are final; we do not issue money-back refunds.

Exchanges

Eligible Items: Exchanges are allowed only for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect in size upon receipt. Any such issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. To qualify, the item must be unused and returned in its original condition, including all original tags and packaging

How to Initiate an Exchange

Email us at Koshadesignbyshruti@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your product, mentioning your order number and reason for /exchange.
Once your return is approved, we will send you a “Exchange Accepted” confirmation.
Carefully pack the product in its original packaging and include the original invoice with a note indicating the reason for return.

Please make sure the product reaches us within 14 days of delivery.

Important Notes

Products will not be accepted for return or exchange if they have been:

Damaged after delivery
Customized or altered at your request
Worn or used

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received is defective or incorrect.
Once your return is received, please allow up to 4 weeks for the full process, including:

Return transit time (5–10 business days)
Processing and inspection (3–5 business days)
