Processing Time

  • Standard Orders: Dispatched within 4–5 working days from the date of order confirmation.

  • Customized Orders: If your order includes custom sizing, embroidery, or other special requests, delivery time may vary. Please connect with us via WhatsApp or Email for specific timelines.

  • Peak Seasons: During festive or sale periods, processing may take a little longer. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Shipping Methods & Charges

Domestic Shipping (India):

  • Orders below ₹4,500: Shipping charge of ₹150.

  • Orders ₹4,500 to ₹7000: Shipping charge of ₹300

  • Orders below ₹7,000: Shipping free

International Shipping:

Estimated International Delivery: 7–8 working day

 Courier Partner

We primarily use DTDC and other trusted logistic partners to ensure secure and timely deliveries.

 Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email confirmation with your tracking number.

  • You can track your shipment through the courier’s website or our Order Tracking page.


Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure that the address entered at checkout is accurate and complete, including correct pincode and contact details.

We are not responsible for:

  • Delays due to incorrect/incomplete address

  • Re-delivery fees caused by customer input errors


 Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders:

  • Any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Koshaa Design is not liable for delays caused during customs clearance.


 Lost or Stolen Packages

  • We are not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered to the address provided by the customer.

  • If you suspect a loss or theft, please contact the courier directly to file a claim.

Returns Due to Shipping Issues

  • If a shipment is returned to us due to a delivery failure or incorrect address, we will reach out to arrange re-shipment.

  • Additional shipping fees may apply.
